NAMAS Calibrated Instruments
Differential Pressure Sensor
The PS 510 is an ultra low differential pressure switch with 5 Pa
make-to-break differential.
The unit has a range from
13 Pa to 500 or 3000
Pa and is ideal for fan proving and alarm applications. It is used in vav
systems to protect overpressure and electric heater batteries.
P-Sensor
CMR's P-Sensor is an ultra low differential pressure transmitter certified
for pharmaceutical or microchip production, room pressure control or alarm
monitoring. Typical ranges are 25 Pa, 50 Pa and 100 Pa. Other standard
ranges are
0 - 100 Pa; 500 Pa; 1000 Pa; 2000 Pa; up to 10000 Pa.
"Cal" Calibrator
The Cal-Calibrator is portable with certified calibration to national
traceable standards. Any transducer can be checked and calibrated using the
high precision micromanometer with built in pump. An automatic bench type
unit is also available. Ranges up to 20 mBar (2000 Pa).
F-Sensor
Ultra low airflows (0 - 3 m/s) are measured and transmitted by the CMR F-Sensor, making it ideal for fume cupboard face velocity monitoring and control.
A temperature transmitter is also incorporated for ambient data.
The F-Sensor can be used for bi-directional air flow sensing.
DPC100 Controller
The DPC 100 controller is suitable for room pressure or fume cupboard face
velocity control. It incorporates the DPS 150 control card and is compatible
with any of the CMR sensors. It is used to drive invertors or dampers in
constant or variable volume systems.
This high precision controller is used in vav and process control
applications.
APM Alarm Monitor
The APM Alarm monitor can incorporate any of the CMR sensors and provides
pressure or flow alarms. The monitor is designed to work independently from
the bms, however alarm outputs to bms are provided. Alarm signals are
audible and visual with mute facilities. Built-in timers and re-alarm timers
are standard.
