Centrifugal Fans
In-Line Tube Fans
The tube fans are made from shock proof plastic (PP GF).
Sizes available are: R100, R125, R150, R160, R200, R250, R315.
Cased Axial Fans
The cased axial fans are made from galvanised and powder coated steel complete with two flanges. The impellor is mounted on a speed controlled external rotor motor. The motor is protected against humidity and thermal contacts and embedded in the windings.
Plate Axial Fans
The plate axial fans are made from galvanised and powder coated steel and are fitted to retangular plates ready for wall mounting. A cable termination box is supplied lose.
Ultra-Flat Centrifugal Fans
The ultra flat series fans have been designed to provide low noise ventilation especially in ceiling or floor voids. The 0-100% speed control through a variable transformer provides a hum free environment and hence a low noise ventilation is achieved. The ultra flat fan is used in the CMR Ultra flat airhandling unit.

The Ultra flat fan is built in a airbox with a height of only 358mm (line drawing CMR CAT. PAGE 23.1)
Centrifugal Fans
A large range of centrifugal fans from 50mm upto 630mm wheels are available as single or double inlet either fan belt driven or direct drive with outer rotor motors. The fans can be controlled via the invertors upto 90 Hz providing very high volumes and pressures.
Fume Extract Fans
The high efficiency plastic Fume extract fans are single inlet and designed for fume cupboard extract applications. The shaft exit is sealed with a V-ring made of Viton. A variety of external motors are available.
In-Line Duct Fan
The inline duct fan is ready for installation into any duct system and is fitted with standard flanges on the inlet and outlet which makes site installation very easy. All inline duct fans are 0-100% speed controllable and when used with the CMR variable speed controllers provide a very low noise environment. The following sizes are available 200, 225, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450.
Roof Units
The roof units are available either for horizontal or vertical discharge. They have been designed to meet the latest environmental criterias to meet low noise performance. Automatic speed controls are available to operate 24 hours a day all year round.
